1. Acceptance
By using the Agentic platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Permitted Use
You may deploy agents for any lawful purpose. You are responsible for the actions of agents running under your account and must ensure they comply with applicable laws and do not harm third parties.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the platform to deploy agents that are deceptive, harmful, or illegal; to attempt to access data belonging to other users; or to circumvent our rate limits or security controls.
4. Availability
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime outside our control.
5. Intellectual Property
The Agentic platform, its code, and branding are our intellectual property. Your agent configurations and data remain yours.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
